A new favorite addition to the garden this year is the Mexican sunflower – tithonia diversifolia. The Mexican sunflower is a very fast growing perennial in zone 10b and useful in a variety of ways. Last weekend my talented future daughter-in-law created these beautiful floral arrangements with flowers and plants from my garden. I wish you well in your new profession Vanessa and thank you for bringing my garden indoors for me to enjoy.
